Your custom rug will be made entirely by hand from 100% natural wool, which means there will be natural (and beautiful) variations in pattern and color. Wool shrinks! While we do our best, final sizes can vary by 1-4″
Deadline : The BeniOuaraine rugs are entirly handwoven and then it goes by several process from watching to drying in the mountain air.
So the prepeqrtion times are in the range of 12-14 weeks

Can I return my rug?
All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and design are correct before submitting your order! for other confirmation details contact us through : support@bleudefes.cm
Can I cancel my order?
After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM ET the following day to cancel and get your money back.
What if I don’t like what I ordered?
We certainly hope that never happens! We’re here to answer whatever questions you’ve got before you place an order to ensure you’re 100% happy with your one-of-a-kind design.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
